How Does Protein Help With Weight Loss

Researchers have found that a high-protein, low-fat dairy diet may
help prevent bone loss in people trying to lose weight. In a study
of 130 middle-aged people, one group ate a high-protein weight loss
diet that included cheese, yogurt, and low-fat milk, while the
other group ate a high-carbohydrate weight loss diet. At the end of
the study, the high-protein diet group had higher bone density than
the high-carb diet group.
