How Is Metabolic Syndrome Treated

Several promising meds for metabolic syndrome

A new report has found that there are several promising medications to treat metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome can be a precursor to Type 2 diabetes. But researchers have found that meds such as metaglidasen, Actos, Avandia, Januvia, Galvus, and Byetta can improve glucose control in patients whose metabolic syndrome has not yet developed into diabetes.
