Tyco Healthcare Group is recalling one lot of ReliOn sterile, single-use, disposable, hypodermic syringes due to possible mislabeling. The recall applies only to the ReliOn syringes listed as "100 units for use with U-100 insulin" under lot number 813900 that are sold at Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores.
