Normal Blood Sugar Level

The weight-loss drug Acomplia may have blood sugar and
cardiovascular benefits as well, a new study suggests. Researchers
studied 278 patients and found that those taking the drug were able
to normalize their blood sugar levels. Patients taking the drug
also lowered their bad cholesterol and reduced their blood
pressure. Acomplia is approved as a weight-loss aid in Europe and
Mexico. It is currently in clinical trials in the United States.
