Arsenic in tap water linked to Type 2 diabetes

Arsenic from natural mineral deposits in drinking water may increase the risk of Type 2 diabetes, a new study has found. Researchers from Johns Hopkins studied urine samples taken from 788 adults; they found that those with diabetes had 26 percent higher levels of arsenic in their urine than those without the disease.
