Arsenic from natural mineral deposits in drinking water may
increase the risk of Type 2 diabetes, a new study has found.
Researchers from Johns Hopkins studied urine samples taken from 788
adults; they found that those with diabetes had 26 percent higher
levels of arsenic in their urine than those without the disease.
Overall, the risk of diabetes in those with high arsenic levels was
