What Is The Best Weight Gain Supplement

As if we didn't already have enough important reasons to take our calcium and Vitamin D, a study in the Archives of Internal Medicine has concluded that postmenopausal women taking these supplements had a modest weight loss compared to those who did not. Conversely, weight gain was reported primarily in women with inadequate calcium intake. I hope to see more research like this!
