I joined a gym about 7 months ago but i don't seem to be sweating as much as other people they tell me that it takes time but seven months is enough is there a way you can either make your body sweat i heard driking vitamins and omega 3 helps you burn more calories is that true??

Overcoming any nutritional deficiency will help you lose weight... if that is what is blocking your metabolism from burning fat. Most clients I see are deficient in magnesium, zinc, iodine, omega 3s and could do with these, plus vit C and a good multivit.

Not sweating is a sure sign that you need iodine. I would suggest 2 drops of Lugol's solution each day.
