Lifestyle fitness coaching is an invaluble resource for helping others reach fitness goals.  Haven't you had someone else choose where you should go on vacation, what car to buy, what dress to wear?

A lifestyle fitness coach  www.healthyonefitness.com is more than a personal trainer.  We can NOT help you choose where you should go on vacation or any of the other above menationed.  What we can do is help you through self-analysis determine why you have not reached your fitness goals.

Every body is different, so your program will reflect what has been determined from the data and communication received between client and the fitness coach.    Johnny may have his self-esteem lowered because he failed at golf.  During the evaluation with the life coach, it is discovered that Johnny was pressured into a sport, but Johnny's personality is more agressive.  Through the life fitness coaching evaluation, it is determined that Johnny would do better with a sport that matches his personality.

My last communication with Johnny's mom is that he just received top honors at his school in soccor.  Since Johnny has developed higher self-esteem, it is more likely he will make better personal decisions in other areas of his life.

A good lifestyle fitness coach will help you reason with different motivations for exercising based on your abilities, expressed interests, and all medical considerations.  If you are not reaching your goals and feeling good about the exercise you have chosen, you may well indeed benefit from a lifestyle fitness coach.

So a lifestyle fitness coach is more concerned about your fitness decisions and what works best for your lifestyle compared to a personal trainer who works on improving your fitness level. I can see the importance of a lifestyle fitness coach because everyone has different interest when it comes to physical activity.
