I would like to get back to how I used to be. Exercise and healthy eating was a way of life and since before we had our daughter we lost track of that. Now that we have a healthy three year old, we want to get back to that way of life.

I am 32 years old and it has been about 4 years since I have been at my "happy weight". I gained about 20 lbs and now it has turned to about 45 extra lbs that I can not get motivated to get rid of! I am hoping that this site and my new gym membership will help me get back on track. When I was in my twenties, a healthy lifestyle was a way of life. I worked out daily, I ate really healthy. I drank a lot of water. I also felt 100xs better and I also even looked better. My skin was better, I was full of life. I could run a mile easily. Now I am facing diabetes, I have broken out skin, I am tired. I need to change for me and my family. I have a three year who I want to see her mom as the person I was four years ago.
