hey there! I weighed 160 in September and have worked my way to 140! I look great for my age (18) and body type, but would like to get "bikini shape ready" for Prom in April and for those summer days. like I said I am 140, my hips and butt are just a little bit flabby yet. I eat healthy and have a healthy food plan. I do cardio on the elliptical for an hour a day for 5 days a week and do weights some. how can I speed up my process! Maybe a strict diet? I love fruits and vegetables...
p.s. - and SOME days I cheat with chocolate in school... =[
