Cross Trainers.

Hello, for many weeks now i have been using a cross trainer hoping for slimmer legs. but for some reason i feel as if they are getting bigger. Quite muscular, but maybe its just me im not sure. is it common for cross trainers to make legs bulky? or thin?   Hope you can help. From Samantha.
