I was wondering what foods are good for you to get to make for dinner? ex.. hamburger helper or chicken? Or are these bad for you? And how many calories should a 23 year old 170 pound woman eat to lose weight? And how many calories to be burned a day? What vitamins are good for bones, energy, mental, and skin and hair?
