I gained a lot of weight after school. I graduated high school in 1998. I got a sit down job, and had my first baby in late 2004. So gained a lot of weight in about 8 years. (about 90-lbs) I am trying to get back down to where I was when I was running cross country in high school, when I was my most healthy, and at my best weight for my build. (170-lbs) I lost about 1/2 of the total I need to take off in about 25 weeks (40-lbs off) but I need to take off another 50, and it is getting extra hard to get more off now. Looking for help with what I need to eat, what kind of work outs I need to do etc. to help me burn more fat, cals and tone, so I can reach my gole weight by my 1-year mark of when I started this major diet. (late December 2007 was when I started.) I have a 3.5 year old little girl, am married to my high school sweet heart, and work full time. I also show my clasic show car at shows just about every weekend during the summer. I love pets, and have 2 dogs and about 5 large fish in a 55-gal tank now.
