I recently bought myself a gym membership with the aim of building Cardio fitness, losing weight and strengthening my abdominals. I would like to know what type of exercise machine (Elliptical trainer, Treadmill, Bike etc) would be best for doing this without gaining muscle bulk. I am a dancer and it is important my thighs, calves and hamstrings are long and lean.
