Presently a member of the Sandwich Generation; high school kids and parents are their mid 90's. Caregiver and finacially planner. I enjoy gardening for relaxation,my dogs, running at least 5 miles everyday weather permitting, mediating and traveling aboard. I am a breast cancer survivor despite I the fact I am a Vegan and am pretty physical for my age. Cancer does not run in my family- environment? polluted my system from toxic emissions, live near refinery during childhood. Hmmmmmmmm? Plan to continue healthy lifestyle till I hit my 90's.
