Hey, hey there! Are you a young girl going through some though times? Do not blame it on food! I repeat- DO NOT BLAME IT ON FOOD! In another words do not eat your self to death if you gained a couple pounds or seems impossible to lose weight. Weight lose happens in steps, not all at one time. When going to Mcdondels or Burger King, get a salad instead of a fattening burger. Mcdonalds offers a yogurt in a cup. It has low fat yogurt, strawberries and berries. Now I am not suggesting you go there but if you have to eat out.. try Subway. They have great sandwiches with out all the calories or fat. You can go on a weight calculator that tells you what you should weigh. Also there is a site that tells you if you eat a certain food how much you should execersize.
