I am a competative runner. I run at least 1 hour a day, 6 days a week. I also swim (moderately hard) 3 days a week. I am 6-1, weight 180ish lbs. I watch what i eat, mostly carb, some fruit and vegetable, and lots of water and gatorade. For the past year I have been gaining weight from 160 lbs. I run and feel better at the lower weight.
