    How can you call anything that is exhausting and difficult to schedule a "birthright"? For me it is a huge chore to add to my already extremely long list of chores. The recommended hour uses up what precious little down time I get as someone who works full time and is a caregiver. Don't tell me to get paid help -- I can't afford it.
