    Harry, Harry Lodge. Fascinating to come across the title of your book in a message from a friend who suffered a heart attack not so long ago. He's changed his philosophical outlook as well as life patterns, largely in response to the book, which I gather is hugely popular. Congrats and thanks for helping a friend. I don't read now that I'm an editor, and I reluctantly gave up jogging when I got sciatica or something, but I am inspired by the report of your efforts to get myself back out there. So thanks and all my warmest wishes.
