About Me

Kara is a Health & Wellness Coach with a commitment to people manifesting everything they desire most in life. Her approach is based in spiritual values, holistic health, and alternative healing. She is a certified Transformational Life Coach from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and a AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) board certified Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as recognized by Columbia University's Teachers College. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology. Out of her desire to fulfill one of her own dreams, Kara moved from Seattle, Washington to Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2006 where she is starting up a vegetarian home delivery meal service, while offering coaching both locally and throughout the United States via phone.
