About Me

I am a college graduate with a degree in English writing. I moved here from Pennsylvania about 2 years ago and am still trying to adapt to my new surroundings. I love music, swimming and ,my newfound favorite, kickboxing! I do have trouble sticking to a food plan moreso than sticking to a workout plan. I want to enhance my knowledge of both so I can be my healthiest for the rest of my life.
