Today is November 28, 2007, just a few days past my 60th birthday. What a milestone! I don't know why I have waited so long to embark upon this journey - I just hope it's not too late. You see, my Dad died at 67 with CHF and my Mom at 80 has so many health issues but mostly about the heart. Can I do something to reverse this trend in our family? I don't know but with the help I receive here hopefully I can. Let's start!
