last week i decided that i need to speed up a bit, so i have done quite a bit of exercise this week. 6/7 days have i been excersising...a bit of dancing, jogging, dancing again, jogging again...and tonight i have a bit of stretching to do.
i think it has made a difference, i will find out on tuesday when i have my next weigh-in. i do feel very happy with my amount of exercise. i will keep you updated on my progress.
