After about a week -- add about 5 more repititions per day. This should be enough. When a month has passed by see how you feel and if you feel you would like to add to the repetitions, do so. Remember to stretch after every session.
I will be adding more to the sort of exercises and how to do them properly. Doing them right and not forcing is important because you may cause other problems; and we don't want that.
