im finally at the point in my life where i am begining to try and keep my body in better shape. so i have decided to take on a new diet. im looking to gain weight but in the form of muscle. so if you have any advice or any tricks to the trait just let me know.

    I would highly recommend meeting with a nutritionist once or twice to set goals for carbs, calories, proteins and fats. To gain muscle, you will of course want to start a resistance training program. I found fitday.com a useful tool for tracking my food intake and meeting my daily number goals.
