  1. Body Fat Percentage

    I've been told that you have to achieve a really low body fat percentage before the six-pack abs will be visible. For women, this would be 12-13%, and 6-7% for men. These numbers are so low that they seem unhealthy and unreasonable for the average person. Perhaps the six-pack abs are achievable only by those individuals genetically programmed for a low body fat percentage?
