I thought I'd try to reset the body by doing a 2 week detox diet. I'm not sure if this is scientifically sound or even good in practice, but this is what I'm planning on doing:
- no alcohol, cheese or wheat
- AM dose of psyllium seed for 1 week, AM and PM dose of psyllium seed for 2nd week
- Drink detox tea (http://www.yogiproducts.com/products/details/detox/)
Thoughts?
