Increased excersise = increased appetite

By Portland Girl Wednesday, February 02, 2011

Hello, I have been trying to lose weight through exercise and healthy eating. My general exercise routine includes several days a week of cardio for between 40 to 45 minutes and at least 3 days a week of cross training/strength training. Though I generally eat pretty healthy my appetite has increased considerably (as a result of the exercise I think) and I find myself hungry all day long. I try to eat healthy snacks but I am sure I am consuming too many calories to actually lose weight. Is this common and do you have any ideas for how to curb my appetite so I can lose weight?
