First of all I'm a 17 year old girl.
I understand when you first start exercising your body aches when it's not used it. Well I've recently just started full body exercising for the past three days, my abdominal section was at first aching for the first two days, yet now it's all bloaty and looks like it's growing rather then sliming down. Why is my abdominal section doing that? And I dont think it's my period because I finished it a week ago.
