Please tell me how many calories are burned when I exercise. I walk briskly in my pool in 4' of water. My pool is 27' round. I wear 2 lb wrist weights. I walk around the circumference of the pool (84.78') for an hour. I walk in one direction for 5 minutes. Then I reverse my direction and walk against the resisitancefor another 5 minutes. I repeat this for 1 hour. How many calories do I burn?
