I'm thinking about what type of diet I want to start, and I love grilled chicken.  So I came up with the idea of only eating grilled chicken.  Is this a healthy idea or what kind of diet can I start that includes mostly grilled chicken!

Grilled chicken is an excellent food to include in virtually any non-vegetarian diet.  It has very little fat and carbohydrate and is an excellent souce of protein, by far one of the healthiest meats.

However, eating only grilled chicken is not really a good way to diet.  It's fine if you want to include some grilled chicken with each meal, but I would mix it up with something else inorder to get more of a variety (I.E. Chicken Ceaser salad, with Veggie soup).  I would probably try to add a vegetale to each meal, some fruit and dairy throughouth the day, and a high fiber ceral for breakfast (like Shreded Wheat or All Bran).

Grilled chicken on its own will not suit your body. There would be no fibre, no phytonutrients, no omega 3 oils, no carbohydrates - your body needs all of these to function properly.

However, if you were to add a nice salad to it, and use flaxseed oil as a dressing... all of a sudden you've got a solid basis of a decent dietary intake.
