This is my workout routine. I havent done any exercise outside of work for about 2 and a half years, since i got out of the army. I figured to just jump right in, and have completed a pre-fitness week of running 1-2 miles a day every day for the past week. I lost 5 pounds. Is this healthy, or do i need to make adjustments to my routine?
