Hello,
This is my first entry. I'm trying something new. The BodyBugg. So far it proves to be a great tool. You wear a device and it tells you how many calories you are burning thoughout the day. It's an effective tool to reach your goal.
I lost 4 lbs the first week. This is my second week. My goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
