Friday, October 09, 2009 at 05:57 AMhi simple mistake a lot of people make when training and i guess u may be making the same mistake i may be wrong just look at how u train i beleave you may have put yourself and your body into a routine meaning your training is set each day and your body is aware of what is going to happen next what u have to do is trick it and do a exercise u have not tried before u will enjoy it and your body will wonder whats going on and for what it is worth u dont need any pills the only people who will feel better are the people who sell them happy training john uk

When you hit a plateau in weight loss and stay at that same weight for two weeks, then you need to cut out the carbs for 3 to 4 days.
