For the past 8 weeks i've been religously following a diet and excerise plan. 5 days out of the week i do aerobic exercise for 45-60 min (a different work out dvd each time) followed by 40 min of strength and toning exercises using free wieghts. I also keep a food diary and eat between 1500-1600 calories a day. I've revamped my diet so that i eat a lot healthier: whole wheat breads and pastas, lots of veggies and fruits, and lean meats. After the first 6 weeks I lost 11 pounds, but now after two weeks i havent lost anything what should i be doing differently?

When you hit a plateau in weight loss and stay at that same weight for two weeks, then you need to cut out the carbs for 3 to 4 days. That will put you in ketosis and your body will start burning up fat again. Also, if you get some calcium pyruvate, this is a fat burner suggested by my doctor. Take 2 after
breakfast and 2 after dinner. And more water (single envelopes of crystal light in a bottle of water) can keep you from the boredom.
Look up STANLEY BURROUGHS MASTER CLEANSE DIET...Not only will you loose weight, you will remove any toxins in your body......Try it for ten days at first.....Please follow the directions clearly....You can buy the syrup off line at Maplevalleysyrup.com....This will break your plateau....It is good for your skin, hair nails and for your whole entire body because it is cleaning the toxins out of your body.......DO NOT TAKE fat burners.......They are bad for your heart..............
