Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 05:33 PMI think you really need to look at what you thinkyour burning every day. Based onthe numbers I've seen it's more like 2000 calories a day with light activity. If that's the case then your really only at a defict of about 500 calories a day. Your right you should still be losing a lb a week or so. I've lost 163 lbs since January and some weeks were better then others. Make sure your at the 1500 to 1700 calories a day for your intake and boost up your excersies. Make sure the 1500 calories are good calories and eat a little something every 2 hours, this will help your body to realize that it's not starvation and you'll see the weight start coming off again.

Well first off you don't want to go below 1000 because this is not enough food for your stats. I would make sure the 1800 calories you are eating is small portions and healthy. Also your workout routine is average at best. You need to workout 4-5 days a week for about 45 minutes. You need to include more walking and jogging. You workout routine is not burning enough calories.
