i was wondering if running once a day and eating healthy foods such a steamed vegetables, yogurts, and fruit will help me lose weight. i want nothing short of to lose at least twenty pounds. i'm 5'1 and weigh 140. the upper body is what i'd like to lose the most in. my legs are small. and i want my face much more defined. what exercises would work best on me?


If you want your face to be more defined you need to just lose body fat. The best way to do this is a good cardio workout, mixed with strength training, plus a healthy diet. Diet is especially important, watch what you eat, figure out what makes you feel good vs feel bad. You do not want to be carrying around water weight.
ok thank you! i've been on a good diet that's been improving the way i feel for two and a half weeks now. also, every day i run on the treadmill for 15 minutes, power walk for 10 minutes, bike for 40, do 100 lat pull downs and leg lifts that target my thighs. My diet consitsts of steamed vegetables, boneless skinless chicken, yogurt, fruit and sometimes a chicken sandwich. Do you think that if I keep this up for three months, I will be thin?
