I had a baby 21-months ago. My stomach has never been very toned/flat however was never that bad either. Since having my son I've lost almost all of my pregnancy weight however have a belly now that is quite gross & I'm sure will only get worse over time, I also have more around my hips. My problem is that I don't want to lose weight. I have always been small & it's hard to gain weight. I'm 5'1 & before pregnancy was 105, gained 25 and now an around 115 & look healthier despite my stomach. My calorie intake most days is not 2000. Maybe 1500. I don't have the time and hate to cook. I can get into a work out on my abs though it's hard sticking to it when I never see results. I know even if you have a great toned stomach it won't matter with a good layer of fat which you lose my calorie intake & cardio exercise which is already low & more cardio will also just cause me lose weight.
