I recently lost about 80 Lbs. I did it the right way by a god diet and working really hard. I am currently 140 but and although my skin is not sagging I feel my arms-back region and my inner thighs are just impossible to tone. I do cardio and weight lifting 4 times a week. I don't know what else to do. to get my arms and inner thighs slim and tone. Help please!!


I recommend....push ups on a chair for the backs of the arms...make sure the chair is stable( at a wall) turn facing away from the chair. ..place hands on the chair...fingers forward...bend knees and come down slowly with your torso...under the knees are aligned over the ankles...un and down 5 times if you can...you will immediately feel the arms firm up...inhale down, exhale up....
