I have lost 84 pounds in the last year and a half and feel great. I do have a "flab" problem with my arms and thighs. Is there something I can do about this? Or will it take surgery to correct? I have gone to the gym, but not lately. I do walk at least 30 minutes per day..some days more than an hour total. I have also recently tried yoga, which I do love. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
