i'm new to this site. i'm wanting to track what i eat and excercise, more for myself than for anything else. 31 days until i go on holidays and i am looking to see how much i can change between now & then, and also the new year.
i am working on the weight watchers points. i do not attend meetings but have the calculators and books.
starting tomorrow is a new day and a new week, and i am looking forward to see how well i do. :)
