Hi, I am 58 yrs ,201lbs, 5'11'', diagnosed with high blood pressure about 4 mos. ago ( 185/85 ). On medication, and bought some excercise equipment, which I have been using for about three months. ( elliptical, treadmill, weight machine )
Feel better, look better, blood pressure down in low 130/70's, lost about 9 lbs.
My question: I have been doing the exact same routine for 3 months now, doing 15 - 20 miinutes a day ( six days a week), good heart beating, upper and lower body weight training. Friends tell me I am getting less effect the longer I go like this. What can I change? Or what should I change?
