I am not over weight my current weight is ideal for my height, but i would like to have stronger and tighten muscles, I am a woman and i would like to have a flat cute sexy stomach, and nice strong legs... i would personally recommend Dr. Paul attala's Winter Fitness Program on the Fernie Ski resort's winter web pages - it is mostly calasthenics and has a heavy emphasis in stretching and firms the body up really well but it does take like any other fitness program the commitment of the best part of an hour a day
