Thank u for ur valuable suggestion.I have started excercise for 30 min everyday and feeling very energetic due to that.Actually i am very keenly intrested in doing excercises.I am doing excercise since my School level days,but unfortunately not able to continue it.I do excercise regularly for 2 to 3 months & afterwards not able to maintain my intrest in excersise.Suddenly again after somme month i feel that again i should start excercise,but by that time fat level in my body increased,again i join gym & work hard to get rid of that fat .It's like this i follow my excercise.Once i think that i am gaining weight i start to do workout & by the time i feel i have loosed some weight,i stop it.One more thing,when i do workout my tongue changes its colour & it becomes violet or dark brown in colour,please suggest me something.

I am becoming fat day by day.I was very health conscious before,but now a days not getting time to do workouts.After i take my dinner,i directly go to sleep,is that adding more to my weight gaining problem?.Suggest what should i do to become once again like before.However,i am not too fatty,but scare...

Catchy headline isn't it? But it's exactly what you want to do. By not being health conscious, not exercising and very poor eating habits, you are digging yourself into a deep hole that you will find very difficult to get out of.
The great news is that it's never too late and you need to start now, first by making time to workout. Anyone who says they don't have enough time, really is saying that working out is not that important to them and everything else is. If something is important you will find the time to do it. 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercising such as a brisk walk or strength training is really all you need to jumpstart your health and fitness.
Always eat breakfast, make sure your regular diet is high in fiber, low in fat and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Also stop eating that late at night, because of a couple of things, your are encouraging your body to store the food as fat because your metabolism slows down when you sleep. Also eating just before you go to sleep affects how well you sleep because your body will be working hard to digest your food. So wake up Rajiv, start taking care of yourself and you will see all areas of your life prosper and flourish.
