Hi all, i would like to know if anyone knows about the links between squatting exercises and reduced hamstring length?
I have recently been doing squats and found that my hamstring seems to be tight whilst playing football and subsequently have pulled both outer hamstring muscles in the same week playing football, i am now using the R.I.C.E technique which consists of rest, ice, compression, and elevation. However i dont really want to stop doing squats all together so could anyone advise on a certain stretching program for when my hamstrings are better??
