I don't know how many of you are familiar with or suffer from lactose intolerance but my friend just sent me this video that I wanted to share. Being lactose intolerant myself I thought this was just amazing! I've never heard of anything like this before. The thought of never having symptoms again is incredible to me, since mine are pretty bad :( Anyway if anyone has any experience with this lactagen please share it with me as I'd love to know.
