Ok...so when I get up in the morning, I'm not hungry at all. But as soon as I start eating anything solid, I feel hungry for rest of the day even if my stomach feels like its going "pop". I've tried different foods (for a first meal of the day) to see if that would make a difference and so far no matter what I eat, I still have the "munchies" for the rest of the day.
I've tried just carb, just protein, just fruit, just oatmeal and then a combination of all of the above.
What is the best 1st meal combo or single food to eat to discourage that "munchie" or hungry all day feeling?


Well, for me grains trigger eating binges and cravings for more grains that can go on and on until I break the cycle.
However you said that you have tried eating an all protein meal and that triggers more eating. Maybe you can tell us all that you eat in one day and we can better assist you. It is a little hard to tell what is going on without more info.
