since most of us out there are working out for ourselves but also for hope to attract the opposite sex... I have a question about if there is a way to exercise one's thighs but not the butt? I've been told that my butt is amazing (for a skinny white girl that is) but i hate my thighs and would like to be able to keep my ass and decrease at least a bit of my thighs...


Unfortunately, there aren't many ways to work your thighs without working your butt. The best thing I can tell you is just do squats and walk/run. Both of those will make your butt look better! It will get more toned, if it isn't already. I just had a baby and I'm working on losing the extra weight in on my thighs as well as my butt. I'm black and I already had a decent size butt; now it's bigger and I don't like it! =(
that makes sense. i was wondering would getting on the elliptical or stationary bike do for this?
congrats on the baby! I just got a very small chest (which cant do anything about) so this butt has gotta stay at least a bit.
I guess i'll get on the treadmill/go walking more often, thanks for the advice
