workout for weird body structure

the opposite sides of my body are a little different from each other... one side of my ribs sticks out farther then the other and same with my hips... but the thing that bothers me is that one of my butt cheeks is bigger than the other, if this is a bone structure problem is there anyway to make my butt cheeks look the same?

Exercise thighs but not butt?

since most of us out there are working out for ourselves but also for hope to attract the opposite sex... I have a question about if there is a way to exercise one's thighs but not the butt? I've been told that my butt is amazing (for a skinny white girl that is) but i hate my thighs and would like to be able to keep my ass and decrease at least a bit of my thighs...
