    I am someone who is considerably overweight, but for over 5 years has maintained a 30 lb weight loss. My blood pressure, lipids, etc, are all great as long as I keep paying attention to diet (in my case low carb) and exercise. If I try to eat less, I'm just ravenous. So I feel I have to be satisfied with this.
